We're looking for a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Zupas. You'll prepare fresh soups, sandwiches, and salads to the high standards our guests love.
Key Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in a restaurant or café kitchen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Availability for morning and evening shifts
Compensation: $16–$20/hr depending on experience
Be the welcoming face of Zupas. Our Guest Service Associates create memorable dining experiences by delivering friendly, efficient service at the counter and throughout the café.
Key Requirements:
- Outgoing personality and genuine love for people
- Previous customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- POS system experience is a plus
- Flexible availability including weekends
Compensation: $14–$17/hr + tips

- 2+ years in a food service leadership role

Compensation: $20–$26/hr + performance bonus
Manage and grow Zupas's catering business by coordinating orders, communicating with clients, and ensuring flawless delivery of corporate and event catering services.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in catering, events, or hospitality coordination
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with email and scheduling software
- Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
- Driver's license preferred for delivery coordination
Compensation: $18–$24/hr + commission on catering growth
Help tell the Zupas story through compelling content, social media management, and community engagement. You'll create and schedule content that celebrates our food, people, and culture.
Key Requirements:
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, Reels)
- Passion for food and storytelling through visuals
- Strong writing and creative skills
- Familiarity with analytics and content scheduling tools
Compensation: $16–$22/hr based on experience
