From a single location in Las Vegas to a growing cafe brand — here are the milestones that shaped who we are today.
Founders Marcus and Elena open the first Zupas kitchen on Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas. The menu features six soups, three salads, and a dream to serve fresh food to the neighborhood.
Growing demand leads to the addition of sandwiches and seasonal specials. Zupas introduces its signature house-baked bread and gains a loyal local following.
Zupas is named "Best Neighborhood Cafe" by Las Vegas dining guides. The team grows to 25 staff members and introduces catering services for local events and businesses.
Zupas launches its local sourcing program, partnering with Nevada farmers and suppliers. Eco-friendly packaging is adopted across all takeaway orders — a decision driven by our guests.
Zupas launches its online ordering platform and delivery service, making it easier than ever for guests across the United States to enjoy fresh meals from our kitchen.
Celebrating over 10 years of serving the community, Zupas refreshes its menu with seasonal rotating specials, expands its catering program, and continues to grow its team of passionate food lovers.
